Pretreated-Garments Return Policy

Return any unused or refused merchandise for a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% or $25, whichever is greater, within thirty (30) days of receipt. Shipping costs may apply.

If we did not process your order accurately, we will refund the original freight and provide a return label for the incorrect merchandise. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same items as your original order.

In the event of missing items, notify us within ten (10) days of receipt, to qualify for reimbursement.

Pretreating Service Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your 'Pretreating Service' order, notify us within ten (10) days of receipt, to qualify for reimbursement of your 'Pretreating Service' service-cost. 'Pretreating Service' order items (garments) themselves cannot be returned or exchanged.

Using this service may void your original garment manufacturer and/or distributor issued warranty. CheaterTee is not liable for reimbursing any original garment costs and/or damages.
